ABOUT US

Culinary experience, creativity and fascination with modern Polish cuisine led us to create the Ferment Praski restaurant, in the spirit of a neo bistro. We use Polish seasonal products and combine them with flavors and cooking techniques from various parts of the world creating the formula “twist”. Our Chef, Piotr Ziemiowski, takes care of the intriguing taste of the dishes. He pursued his professional passions in Poland, USA, France, Great Britain and Norway. His international experience combined with modern Polish cuisine will provide you an unforgettable dining experience.
