Ferment Praski is a place that was created out of fascination for modern Polish cuisine. The dishes that are on our menu are the result of many searches, inspiring meetings and tastings. Our goal is to reinvent Polish dishes, combining them with flavors and cooking techniques from around the world, creating the "twist" formula. In the premises, we try to create a casual atmosphere so that each of you feels good and wants to come back to us. That is why, apart from cordial and professional service, we offer, among others a different lunch proposal every day, and every few weeks you can count on new surprises in the menu developed by our Chef.

The location of the premises in Koneser, a historic vodka factory in the heart of Old Prague - is not accidental. Just like our restaurant and kitchen, the space created here fits in with the tradition and local specificity of the district, while introducing a new, energetic spirit. A nice atmosphere in the place is also provided by the warm interior with a collection of paintings by Dagmara Rybak, reflecting the artistic nature of the district.
